The Joker League of Anarchy (also known as The Joke Council) are a group of supervillains that have to be presidential and honored.
History
The team was formed after The Joker escaped from Arkham Asylum.

He is the group's president. Doing the horrible things that always do. He brings the smiles to the whole Metropolis.
Punchline
She's the vice president and new girlfrined. When it comes to martial arts, she always got her side.
Bane
The giant, served as secretary and the first bodyguard. His TN-1 Project are becoming too stable.
Killer Croc
The predator and the second bodyguard. A bigger animal means a bigger way.
Deadshot
He's the group's leader and sharpshooter. He always keeps an eye for policemen.
Firefly
The flying freak. Burning down the entire city of Metropolis.
Clayface
The stickiest. He can transform into different people.
Scarecrow
The reaper. He was making people to have a nightmare.
Man-Bat
The animal. Whenever he transformed, it can never wear off.
Lady Shiva
The combat. Her skill was unmatched.
Copperhead (Larissa Diaz)
The contortionist. Poison stuff isn't real.
Anarky
The distopian. He interupted every broadcast programs and vandalizing the walls of Metropolis.
